 Godlee is truly in his own world. His music is a blend of hip hop, R&B, funk, and he even has some catchy indie rock vibes. Born and raised in New Orleans, LA. As a youth he was inspired by his mother's deep love for music like Marvin Gaye, Donnie Hathaway, Musiq Soulchild and other legendary musicians. His cadence is a heavy New Orleans accent and harmonic flows over funky rhythms. Godlee has trademarked his soulful, psychedelic and groovy sound and has put out numerous projects since 2019.
