Elaine Samuels, the founder and driving force of her 'Kindred Spirit Band', began performing in folk clubs at the age of only 13, getting a mention in the local press after her first spot in public as “one to watch”! In the 1990s, she swapped a career in Electronic Engineering to become a singer / song-writer / guitarist and began touring solo and attracting enough attention to be spotted and featured several times on television and radio!
