LINBO is an Italian electronic duo composed of Filippo Rabottini (producer and sound designer) and Elia Notarandrea (pianist and composer). The project was born in 2020 looking for a meeting point between electronic-multimedia research and acoustic-instrumental experience and develops focusing on the interaction between sound design and improvisation, in a limbo suspended between Ambient, House and Fusion: a journey on the disintegration of sound identity. The first experiments began in 2020, during the Covid pandemic period, and on 29 October 2021, they released their first record release: the 'LINBO LINBO LINBO' EP, which sees them as music producers in collaboration with three up-and-coming singers: Reminore, DAVIDeGOLIA e Angelo Kras. “CALESOLE” is LINBO's first album, an experience between life and death inspires a record of heterogeneous electronics, a relentless sound search chasing the last glimmer of light behind the sunset.
