Jug The Illest was born in Chicago Illinois. Jug spent the most of his young life in the city of Philadelphia; (Juanita) to be exact. He became influenced by the urban life shifting back and forth from the city of Trenton and Philly. His artistry was influenced by the Graffiti And Skateboarding culture of the inner city gravitating to this lifestyle. The only father figure Jug had growing up was his step father, who tried to show him the fundamentals of life and break him from being a hard headed kid. When his step father was shot and killed Jug became distraught not knowing how to express his emotions. He began a clothing line with his friend that didn't work out and also struggled as a clothing designer for Miskeen Originals Clothing Line. He was always big on Hip-Hop listening to the like of Cool G rap, Big Pun, Eminem, Wu-Tang, Bone Thugs in Harmony, Dr.Dre, 50cent, and Kanye West. After spitting a freestyle for a producer named Solidifide, Solidifide asked Jug if he'd ever thought of a career in the music. Since that day on Jug spent every possible second perfecting his craft and putting in work in the studio so he can bless people with his God given flow. Jug has been learning new flows in music .
