Born in 1979, Barış Ertürk is an Istanbul-based composer and wind instrument player. During his college years, he had the opportunity to study with such master musicians Butch Morris, Ricky Ford, Can Kozlu, Ali Perret, and İmer Demirer. Releasing his first album, 'One Day, One Man’, in 2017, Ertürk has appeared in numerous albums and concerts both at home and abroad throughout his career. Focusing on creativity, experimentation and collectivity in his music, Ertürk still continues to perform with prominent figures of the Turkish music scene, as well as with different bands with original music such as 'BAM', 'Bgba', 'Tahterevalli' and ‘Yallah Tazzik' ___________________________________________________________________ 1979 yılında doğan Barış Ertürk İstanbul merkezli besteci ve nefesli çalgı sanatçısıdır. Okul yıllarında Butch Morris, Ricky Ford, Can Kozlu, Ali Perret, İmer Demirer gibi usta müzisyenlerle çalışma fırsatı buldu. İlk albümü ‘Bir Gün, Bir Adam’ 2017 de yayınlanan Barış kariyeri boyunca yurtiçi ve yurtdışında sayısız albüm ve konserde yer almıştır. Müziğinde yaratıcılık, deneysellik ve kollektivite unsurları öne çıkan sanatçı halen Türk müzik sahnesinin önemli isimlerinin yanı sıra kendi grupları ‘BAM’, ‘Bgba’, ‘Tahterevalli’ ve ‘Yallah Tazzik' ile çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.
