I have always had a story to tell. I have ascribed a meaning to a single word, sentence, attitude or even a note that people did not pay attention to in the songs I listen to and what I go through. I have always been in a vain struggle to talk about myself to the person sitting right across me in these times when we’re running out of people who give ear to each other. Hence my disappointments, despair, fears, dreams and hopes in the songs that I write. In a nutshell, I have tried to write the emotions and thoughts that make me who I am. Even the name of the first band that I put together accounts for this: Kaza Raporu (Accident Report) The first song that I released, Belki Bilinmez (Maybe it’s unknown), is an obvious example of this. I continue to write how monumental and meaningful the small moments we have in life are. It has to mean something if I remember!
