James Asare better known by his stage name as Kaklous is a Ghanaian singer and producer. Kaklous describes his style as a blend of the modern Afrobeats and Afro-pop and hip hop. Growing up in Adieso in the Eastern part of Ghana, and taking music roles in his church, Kaklous grew up surrounded by music. Kaklous however decided to shape the music skill after being evicted from Talented Kids, a show in Ghana where kids showcased their talent. Being around his elder brother who was a sound engineer, Kaklous learnt the music creation process in order to help him produce himself as a musician. "I make music to suit every mood. Growing up being surrounded with different sounds, I try to make music with a blend of the sounds I have heard, Learning from each single sound I hear and how they affect the human mood" he says. Kaklous dropped his first project, a love dubbed EP - Strawberry in 2021 after growing through series of downs and downs to get the best sound out. "My music journey just started and it's not ending anytime soon. I will always try my best to give out the best."
