LCL (Liam Meaney) is a hip hop, R&B, and pop artist who grew up in Southampton and is based on Long Island, New York. Starting out with folk music in his early teens, he has since transitioned to a more bittersweet sound. Though he’s been writing music since his childhood, he has only just started to release his original projects. The purpose of his songs is to blend classic songwriting with the styles of modern sounds such as R&B, bedroom pop, and rap--but most importantly to make good music that personifies his unique viewpoint on love and life.
