An actress and singer who launched her TV career as a teen in the mid-2010s, Sarah Jeffery's breakthrough came in 2015, when she won the role of Princess Audrey in Disney Channel's popular music-fantasy movie Descendants. The part included an appearance on the movie's Billboard 200-topping soundtrack. Jeffery is also recognized for her roles in drama series such as Shades of Blue and Charmed. A native of Vancouver, Canada, Sarah Marie Jeffery began acting, singing, and dancing in organized productions at the age of three. Her first major screen role was the Cartoon Network TV movie Aliens in the House, which premiered in 2013. That year, she was cast as a regular on the crime-drama series Rogue, playing Thandie Newton's teenaged daughter. During her stay on that show, she had a recurring role on Fox's Wayward Pines and originated the role of Audrey, daughter of Princess Aurora, in the hit Disney Channel original movie Descendants, both in 2015. Jeffrey was featured alongside other cast members on the song "Set It Off" from the Descendants' hit soundtrack and voiced the same character in the animated spin-off Descendants: Wicked World (2015-2017). In 2016, Jeffery starred in the romantic-comedy film Be Somebody. She left Rogue, joining the cast of NBC's Shades of Blue (2016-2018), where she portrayed the daughter of Jennifer Lopez's police-detective lead. As that series came to an end, Jeffrey signed on for the 2018 reboot of Charmed. While she hadn't appeared in 2017's Descendants 2, Jeffery returned to the franchise in 2019 for Descendants 3. The musical's Top Ten-charting soundtrack included the Princess Audrey solo song "Queen of Mean." ~ Marcy Donelson
