Danish-born Los Angeles-based artist Galimatias uses sound as a means of designing a space or creating a moment. Galimatias' soulful production and memorable melodies captivated a massive audience in 2015 with his debut EP Urban Flora in collaboration with singer Alina Baraz, a seamless exploration of a smoldering relationship between electronic music and R&B with over half a billion streams to date.  Breaking from the status quo in 2020, Galimatias' debut LP Renaissance Boy was a beautifully crafted concept album. The seamless transitions blur the lines between one track and the next while creating a cinematic ambiance that sets the stage for your imagination to take off. Renaissance Boy explores new territory in terms of sound but also displays his vocal journey, and is designed to be listened to in a single sitting from start to finish according to Galimatias.  The singles "Laying Low" and "Shy Dancer" would follow Renaissance Boy before once again teaming up with Bas in 2022 on "Eyes On You", included on his [BUMP] Pick Me Up EP which also features Gunna, J. Cole, Lil Tjay and Ari Lennox. 2024 began with a concept project, The Island of Peach Bellini, a collaborative EP alongside artist Zeauxi, cueing up his next full length solo release slotted for the fall of 2024.
