Biography
Big Mato are a reggaeton/latin duo consisting of Rolphy Ramirez and Leonardo Vasquez. Technically speaking, the moniker is Leonardo's, while Rolphy goes by the name Gemstar. The two are of Dominican descent but hail from Lefrak City, Queens. In 2004, their breakout hit "Oye Mi Canto", featuring N.O.R.E. and Nina Sky, rode the reggaeton wave to MTV TRL fame.
