Composer, orchestra conductor and pianist, award-winning film composer Marc Timón (Barcelona, 1980) is a unique and rare breed of artist. He masterfully alternates between composing for film and television, concert music, and creating and conducting massive live shows. From epic orchestral to electronic minimalism, the versatility of his prolific output has positioned him as one of the most brilliant and active Spanish composers of his generation. His latest projects are a good proof of this eclectic commitment, conducting a world premiere by John Williams, scoring the horror movie “La niña de la comunión”, composing a “Magnificat” for the Sagrada Familia, mixing a classical orchestra with dj’s at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelona, co-creating the soundtrack of the Davis Cup Opening Ceremony or debuting as a pop singer with the album “Amalia”.
