Omar Clark, musically known as Jus O, is a Philadelphia native with a true passion for music. Jus O developed a deep love for hip hop at an early age. As he listened and learned music alongside his older brother, Jus O was introduced to and inspired by artists such as Jay Z, Eminem, DMX, Nas, Lil’ Wayne, Rick Ross and many others that heavily influenced music during the early 90s and 2000s. After experiencing the death of his father as a teen, Jus O picked up his pen to cope with his pain and never looked back. What started as a coping mechanism gave Jus O the fuel he needed to turn his pain into passion. Jus O uses his music and storytelling to share his observations and learnings about life as a young black man making sense of the world he navigates everyday; its life, its love, its ups, and its down. Jus O uniquely shares his observations of the world through music and with that his stage name was born–Jus O, Just Uniquely Sharing Observations.
