Olle Hugo is a nineteen year old composer and pianist. He studied jazz piano at Södra Latin highschool in Stockholm and continues to study composition at Gotlands Tonsättarskola in Visby. His main harmonic influences stems from jazz vocalists such as Jacob Collier and Michael Mayo as well as instrumentalists like Michael Brecker, Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays. When he was younger, he was especially fond of pop music from the 70’s and 80’s and listened to artists like Michael Jackson, ABBA and Stevie Wonder.
