It is no surprise that the city and state of Mobile Alabama has birthed the musical son “Quinton Crawford” who fits right in with the legendary musical history of Alabama.
The artist publicly known as “Shad Levi”, was born Quinton Crawford on October 16, 1991. One of the oldest out of 10 siblings. At an early age he showed a take charge demeanor.
This proved to be a valuable trait to have entering the music business. He Shad shows his determination and drive in every area of his art.
Growing up Shad was one of the founding members of a rap group called “2 Raw ENT”.
His career has been fueled by his absolute love of the art of music. Shad’s Musical platform shows different versatility of deliverance and creative genius in his art form and passion for music. Which is a big part of his diversity as a entertainer. To say the least he has performed consistently at local and on location at a multitude of venues all of Alabama and hitting multiple circuits across the country. This lead to the rapid growth of his popularity.
This earned him the recognition and respect by artist such as “Yung Bleu”. This has opened up many doors.
Regrettably during his journey Shad was dealt with the unfortunate death of his little brother Tycorey. This fueled his drive even more with his brother being his Guardian angel.
Creating his own form of therapy in order to heal from his death, Shad dropped an album called “14” in his memory. This proved to be a valuable part of his healing process.
