Signed to Resevoir/Reverb Publishing, Zoe is a solo artist AND a multi-talented songwriter, producer and performer. Her songs appear in ‘BILLIONS’ and ‘HANDMAIDS TALE’, and her No 1 hit ‘SWAG’ with ‘THE QEMISTS’ got syncs for Forza, Blur and GT Racing. Half Malaysian, half Scottish, brought up living above various London pubs as a child, Zoe cut her first record with PRINCE BUSTER at the age of 14, went on to front ALABAMA 3 at 17, sang on RONNIE SCOTTS main stage in between, and is now making her solo sound the focus. Her voice is gutsy and compelling, her songwriting catchy, she knows how to hit the heart strings just right, with a good dose of bass. With notes of Dub, Trip Hop, Jazz, Blues and Roots Reggae, Zoe's sound has already been hailed and played by DON LETTS on BBC Radio 6, with her version of “Caroline No” featuring on his Late Night Tales compilation. She is currently collaborating with Don Letts and Gaudi, has just finished a timeless album with Grammy Award winning producer YOUTH MARTIN, and completed collabs with Dub legend MAD PROFESSOR, JUSTIN ROBERTSON, JAMES BRIGHT, and MOUSSE T. Paul Simm (Massive Attack, Amy Winehouse) and Tim Hutton (Dub Pistols) worked on her upcoming album NORADRENALINE. ZDL has just co-written for Trainspotting the musical with Irvine Welsh.
