TheGodlyRiskTakers are burgeoning hip hop artists who first made a name for themselves as YouTubers playing video games, most notably, the popular game, Fortnite. They started making YouTube videos about the game, but soon switched passions over to music as well, with much success. While many wouldn’t put gaming and hip hop together, the transition is a natural one for TheGodlyRiskTakers. From making their own beats to creating their own songs, music has always been a creative outlet for the rising stars. Their first single, Mind of Snitch, proved that they weren't messing around, earning them over 1,000 views on YouTube not including all music platforms, not bad for their first single, but it was soon about to get better for the hip hop duo. They released their first album, Risk Takers For Life, on September 4, 2020. Initially, there was not much buzz surrounding the duo considering there was no hype, marketing, or promotion surrounding the project. However, it soon became a success for the duo, as they were gaining new fans inside their Discord server, and more people seemingly wanted to talk to them everyday. One of them, known as Dark Vip3r, was a big fan. He expressed passion for their music, and wanted to collaborate with them. The pair would instantly make a song together, and soon, Trappin' Out was born. They released a song called Drop Dead in the summer of 2021, and have been quiet since then. They are planning on releasing another full length project soon.
