Lokia’s diverse style and technical abilities have seen him play to crowds at iconic venues worldwide for nearly a decade. After so many years “DJ”ing, Lokia decided to harness his experiences behind the decks and start producing. Some of his early work received enthusiastic support from BBC Introducing and airtime on London’s ‘Select Radio’. His debut release came in the form of a collaboration with Matt Gray on Pure Enjoyment Recording which achieved Beatport Hype Chart Success peaking at no.38. 2019 saw him release his first solo EP on Bassel Darwish’s label,‘Distance’, which broke into the Top 100 Tech-House releases. Early 2020 saw a continuation of the chart success with a follow-up collaboration with Matt Gray on Pure Enjoyment Recording that reached high into the top 50 Hype charts. Further releases during 2020 included a solo EP on ‘Plastik Galaxy’ and a collaboration with Matt Gray released on “Black Seven Music”. In 2021 Lokia returns to Black Seven with 'Aces High'
