"God writes and I listen" Spirit Rising is a christian singer/songwriter with a folk/indie twist aspiring to bring coffee house vibes to the Christian music scene. A powerful prayer experience became the catalyst to write and share the gifts God gave her with others. Spirit Rising's mission with songwriting is to share the human experience, taking what happens in the darkness, and bringing God's light to it for him to heal us with song. Spirit Rising recognizes that music is a powerful form of prayer and desires to contribute to that collective prayer.
