Somanshu is a self-taught writer-producer-singer, who started his journey by playing the piano when he was quite young. Hailing from a small town near Nainital - Bhowali, born to a humble family, music was always a hobby and never a profession. But, the calling eventually led him to pursue music full-time and gave a shot at every opportunity that came across. 
 He started off by covering pop songs on YouTube and has been supported by artists like Alan Walker, KSHMR, Arijit Singh, Amaal Mallik, Sachin-Jigar, Shaarib Toshi, Gareth Emery etc. 
 He then tried his hands-on music production late in 2017, which found support from the biggest acts in the country and it eventually led him to produce the Biggest Bollywood Hit of 2020 - Shayad (From "Love Aaj Kal") 
 Most recently he worked on Bhramastra (in the BGM and the chart-topper "Deva Deva") 
 somanshu has had releases with artists like Neeti Mohan, Zaeden, Lost Stories, Bhuvan Bam and many more but he's just getting started. He is currently touring with Arijit Singh 
 He aims to change the Indian Pop Industry, bridging the international gap by introducing the right sounds, melodies to whatever he does.
