Ashen Chakrawarthi is a vocalist and a music director born in Gampaha, Sri Lanka on the 03rd of May 1991. He was a past pupil of St. Peter's College, Colombo, a Leading, Catholic school in Sri Lanka. He was a prefect of the college Senior Prefect Board. Ashen was very passionate for music since childhood. He was a member of the senior western and eastern college choir, who took a special place as a pianist and a vocalist. Also, he was able to continue his skills along with his passion even after schooling. Not only was he talented in the field of music but also was a talented and skillful badminton player. He didn't miss the chance of continuing his music skills as he was able to release 3 songs, 'Abutha Chodana, Ketu Adare, and Dennama Handai.' Along with the songs 'Anganakdo Oya of Hector Dias, Asai Obe wenna of Hasithi Dilhara, and Thiththai Adare of Sumeda Lakmal' which has become trending on YouTube, which Ashen had the opportunity to add music and create melodies of the above songs. Ashen was also able to collaborate for more than 50 songs of popular artists in Sri Lanka by gaining support & many advantages from his very own creation, 'Studio Chakra'.
