A True street-bred entrepreneur, Rikoe Wavy is a Rapper, Singer, Song Writer, Engineer, and all around hustler from the Pacific Northwest. Since the release of his first mixtape “Down Since Day One”, Rikoe has been making waves with his infectious hooks and smooth melodic delivery all while maintaining true to his roots with trap style content. Born Riley Gonzales, Rikoe grew up in Portland, Oregon; The City Of Roses. Raised by a single mother, Rikoe recalls being an all around “artist” for as long as he can remember. He found his calling through a chaotically beautiful blend of Music, Skateboarding, Graffiti & Gang cultures which ultimately molded him into who he is today. In comparison to his own sound, Wavy says his musical influences may surprise some of his listeners as he lists: Jadakiss, Big L, Notorious BIG, Bone Thugs n Harmony, and Nipsey Hussle as just some of the artists he credits for solidifying his love for hip hop and music in general. In early 2018, Rikoe stepped away from the streets after years of cycling in and out of the legal system to established Secure The Bag Entertainment, his own independent brand and label. His Career began to gain some Buzz after dropping songs like “Big Bank Roll”, and his hit video “Paper Trail” (Dir. @r3xwonders ) which continues to captivate the streets & opened up the door to work with artists such as Ben Jayne, Billionaire Black, Double K & many more.
