Born in Hackensack NJ and raised in Baltimore Maryland, “JahMakesMusic!” comes from several generations of musicians and entertainers. Introduced to singing throughout his early years by his mother, Jah decided early on to dedicate himself and all of his time to his talents and his life’s purpose of being an artist. After enduring several struggles including being homeless for a year, Jah looked to his songs for a chance to escape them. Jah’s signature sun symbol, as well as his name is a testament to the meaning he’s given to his artistry overall: the desire to bring love, understanding, and positivity to the world, as well as his plans to change the state of the planet by using his art to bring humanity together.
