Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kayla Glaze has been enamored with sound since she was a child and has always had a knack for being able to pick up instruments. She started out playing violin in the 4th grade and has since picked up acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, drums, and basic keys. She prides herself in not only being a multi-instrumentalist, but a singer and songwriter as well. Her multi-faceted creativity eventually inspired her to become a music producer and mixing engineer. In an industry where only 2% of music producers are women, Kayla takes pride in being one of the 2%, a female trailblazer forging a path for other women to follow. She has landed sync placements with Riot Games and Netflix, both with songs she wrote, produced, and mixed herself. She specializes in writing and producing confident and empowering stomp, clap pop rock songs and hopes to inspire and motivate people forward through her lyrics and sounds.
