For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to do this thing. I don’t know what it was, but something lit this fire in me a long time ago. If I had to point a finger I’ve got a few options, but my mum says it’s because she sang Psalms to me nearly every day from birth till I was around 4 years old, so I’ll give her this one. I’ve spent all my life in Nigeria so obviously the music has deep roots in this place I call home. I love the way music can speak to the soul so I try to create music that captures a a feeling or meaning in just a few minutes. Sonical experiences that you can immerse yourself wholly in and come up for air when you need it. From my church choir to my secondary school choir, to making covers and posting them online because I couldn’t fathom the thought of not making music in any capacity, it’s been a step-by-step journey of searching within and trying to find what I'm trying to say. I’ll be honest with you though, the fact that you’re here today doesn’t mean I’ve found it yet, all I know is I’m on the way.
