Daniel Murray (1981) Considered one of the most talented Brazilian guitarists of his generation, Daniel Murray pursues an active career as an interpreter and composer, performing in Brazil, Latin America and Europe since 1998. In 2017, he made his début as a soloist, performing Heitor Villa-Lobos' concerto, as well as his own composition "Camarecóica" with the Israel Chamber Orchestra (ICO) conducted by Doron Salomon, in Tel-Aviv. In 2018, he received a prize at the FMCB – Festival de Música Contemporânea Brasileira for his performance honoring Egberto Gismonti.
