What’s up Fam, It’s ya boy J-Boogie better known as Jalen Williams from Boston, MA. Music has been my weapon of choice since I was a kid and I love it! I started writing in the 9th grade and finally embraced the gift in high school at Boston Arts Academy. Back then, I learned a ton about classical and jazz music and developed my “swag”. I grew up singing and leading worship which I still do all while becoming a better wordsmith or as we now say “Rapper”. I continued to develop my love for music at Northpoint Bible In Haverhill, MA where I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree with a focus in Worship Arts Ministry ( Music and Worship). Music has always been a part of my life. I believe that music is an amazing tool to empower & encourage people through tough circumstances. I’ve been given an amazing gift in my ability to be a vessel of God by creating music and sharing that with others. As I continue to grow in my artistry, I pray you experience God through my voice, words, stories (and my smile).
