Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. On God, or better known as The Other Guy, is a Multi-talented Artist. Not only is he a rapper, he handles a majority of the producing, mixing, mastering, marketing, promotions, and artwork for himself, as well as the ever growing A\V Klub.
