Biography

Ingrid’s journey began at a young age with classical music, evolving through different genres as time went by. She started feeling the urge to write when flown off to Australia for a year to learn english at the age of 14. French born, she finds solace in writing her own songs in a language her closest friends and family couldn’t necessarily understand at first, using them as her own private diary. Bold and unafraid, Ingrid performed for the first time one of her song in Los Angeles at the age of 17 then came back to Paris to record her first album at 19 - “Lost To Be Found”, and flew to NYC to play them live at multiple places such as the Bitter End. Collaborations emerged both in France, within the "Indie Up" support program, and across the Atlantic with ADLR on an already online exclusive track: "Come to The Party" (50K streams on Spotify). Upon meeting Arnaud Mathé and Elian Touzet (pianist for Tarik, The Voice 10), she recorded her second EP which will come out in 2024. With her upcoming singles, Ingrid Ivorra reveals poetic and introspective lyrics that reflect her own experiences as a young woman. The artist explores the themes of love and loss in a melancholic pop style influenced by artists such as Lana Del Rey, Lowly and Finneas. She creates a captivating atmosphere by using visual and sensory images to express the intense emotions she herself feels through her music.
