You may recognize the voice but not the face of this South Florida native rapper. Although he dons a mask at every performance, Broward County’s own Emyhr Rhymes has nothing to hide once he hits the stage. Opening for the likes of such performers as Wale, RiffRaff, ScHoolboy Q, and the Wu Tang Clan, this up-and-coming rapper is no stranger to putting on a stellar show and entrancing the crowd with his melodic flow. Hip-hop is nothing without the voices that carry it on through time and Emyhr is holding the torch, telling the stories that helped shape him into the artist he has become today. When he isn’t on stage, his true passion is spending time with his daughter, age four.
