Francesca Fuentes began writing songs at age 12 after receiving her first guitar from her uncle and taking lessons from her neighbor. Francesca started college at Monmouth University in 2016, where she studied English & Spanish. In 2018, she appeared on the school’s compilation album, Blue Hawk Records Presents: After Midnight under the stage name FRANCESCA. Jason Kim of M. News New Jersey writes “Francesca’s songs inquisitively beg the question of being fit for the stages of Broadway with her affection of tit-for-tat flirtations.” Meanwhile, local producers Matt Dubrow & Gabriel Sanderson worked to create a sound for her first official single “Rock W Me,” taking the last name of her grandfather: Fuentes. The video for the track, shot by Justin Huard, later won best love story at Love Sick Film Festival in Jersey City. In 2019, Fuentes began a relationship with producer, performer & multi-instrumentalist, Max Wolf. Again returning to Blue Hawk Records, they debuted their romantic duo with the catchy, eyebrow raising Jealousy later following up with two more singles “Mister Magleen,” & “Then There’s You.” Their separation in 2021, which caused a vault of over 25 GB of unreleased material, left her spiritually and creatively depleted. After a long hiatus, she began a series of cathartic projects. The first, a dance-pop single, Can't Hide garnered her multiple interviews and praise amongst music media; Cold Stone Magazine & The Lions Ground Entertainment Group.
