Mihlali Mathomane commonly known as Mikss, a hip hop artist, originally from Mount fletcher, a small town in the Eastern Cape. He spent most of his teenage years in Ugie, which is where he started recording music from the age of 15, inspired by the likes of Nasty C, Sjava, Emtee, Cassper Nyovest, just to name a few. Mikss has an incredible sound where he raps in Xhosa, with bit of English and Zulu. He's biggest influences in his music are the likes of K.O, Yanga Chief, Cassper Nyovest, Driemanskap, UYIHLO, Sjava, ORISH, Bhut'Legend and Flash Ikumkani. He recenctly released his first ever EP called ESI SISIQALO EP, the name symbolies the start of a new journey he's embarking after taking a long break on music to focus on other interests.
