Arman Peshtmaljan is a composer, arranger, keyboardist/pianist, songwriter and music producer. As a well-known musician in Armenia who specializes in jazz, pop, fusion he never stopped experimenting and searching innovative perspectives in Techno, D'n'B, Lo-Fi Hip Hop, Dream Pop, and Psychedelic Soul genres. As an Indie artist he is writing and releasing his own compositions, creating a signature sound thereafter having a rich and diverse music background. After the success of his debut single Ays Gisher (dream pop) he is working on his first jazz album, which will be released this year. It will feature contemporary jazz pieces. Arman is a member of MVF Band and Goght band. He plays with State Jazz Orchestra of Armenia , with some local and international musicians (Artyom Manukyan, Armen Hyusnunts and others) Arman Peshtmaljyan graduated from Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas as a composer. Composition classes provided him with an excellent opportunity to begin professionally playing the piano as well. Over a period of more than 15 years in music his career was full of music festivals. He has performed live in the Made in New York Jazz Competition (2014), the Smithsonian Folklife Festival (Washington, 2018), the Caucasus Cultural Festival (Seoul, 2016), the Yerevan Jazz Festival (2015-2020), the MIDEM Festival (Cannes, 2015).
