Anmol is a multi-talented singer/producer from Jammu who started learning Indian Classical music at a very young age of just 2 years old. Under the tutelage of his father, Surpal Jaswal, a renowned singer and teacher himself, Anmol was able to gain fame early on in his life. He became the favourite contestant for shows such as Saregama Lil Champs and Indian Idol Junior where he reached till the finals. At the peak of his fame he performed with starts such as Shahrukh Khan, Salim Merchant, Shankar-Ehsan-Loy and many more. His voice was loved by so many that even Lata Mangeshkar Ji tweeted about Anmol being her favourite contestant. Gaining further popularity Anmol was invited on Kaun Banega Carorepati where he met Amitabh Bachan. While Anmol lived through the highs of his success his father was adamant for him to stay away from the show- biz and further work on his skills given he was at such a fickle age. Following his guru’s direction Anmol went off the grid and started developing his skills as a singer, lyricist and producer. During his journey he learned from the maestros such as Wadali Brothers, Master Saleem and even performed with esteemed artists such as Jaspinder Narula and Richa Sharma. While developing his craft Anmol found his voice and carved out his unique style of mixing RnB/Hip-Hop beats with a combination of Sufi and Indian Classical style singing. Therefore after 10 years Anmol is finally back to share his music with the world.
