JoceLien, also known as JoceLien Danee Whitehead is a rising new artist originally from North Carolina. Since the age of 4 JoceLien has been performing and excelling in competitive singing and dance competitions. JoceLien has achieved many notable industry accomplishments. On Oct 13, 2015, JoceLien’s popular video (White Flag) made its world premiere on BET opening the 2015 Hip Hop Musical awards. JoceLien debuted her acting skills in two episodes of the television show “Sleepy Hollow” playing a student. JoceLien recieved “Best New Teen Artist” and “Best Teen Video” at the 2015 (CMA’s) Carolina Music Awards. JoceLien is associated with Miss Black Teen USA, and was Crowned Miss Black Talented Teen North Carolina 2012. JoceLien captured the national crown of Miss Black USA Talented Teen in 2013 respectively. JoceLien volunteers her talents for the Anti-Bullying Coalition and the Children’s Musical Network. JoceLien is currently recording new music/visuals during SXSW18 and promoting her new single “Diamond in the Rough” featuring Kingston Jamaican reggae sensation Shac written and produced by Nathan Barlowe, remixed by Payne Street Music and Rural Productions.
