Blaq Tronic, real name Amukelani Maluleke was born in Giyani, Limpopo and was buttered in South Africa's biggest township, Soweto. He was raised in Orlando East from the age of two and later attended school in Leresche Primary School and did his high school years at Orlando Secondary school popularly known as "The Rock". Amukelani is no stranger to creating music, having begun producing in 2008 and deejaying in 2012. Blaq Tronic is a well renowned producer and DJ indeed, having created many tracks under Blaq Deep Rhythms, building a catalogue which spans many years. He is now thriving at African Bass Media, a label he co-owns with vocalist and producer, Mocchachino Ochi. He now boasts even more hits under his Discography. Most of them created in 2020 and 2021 after he lost all his music due to a computer crash that changed his music life for the better in early 2020. He then decided to come back stronger than ever, creating hits that continue to top charts on Traxsource and that do well on various other platforms as well.
