Born in Santo Domingo in 1998 Nato’s passion for music became evident at a young age, starting at his childhood home where he grew up listing to music from legends like El Torito and Juan Luis Guerra. These artists, along with legends such as Billy Joel and many others, played a big role in developing his musical taste and ear. Interested not only in the music itself but also the often heavily political and inspirational messages the music contained, Nato was inspired to not only be a great musician but also a great lyricist. The skill to convey a message or create a story came forth from his first encounter with lyricism: poetry. At the age of 15, Nato started writing poems about his thoughts, views and experiences in life. This interest in writing later developed into writing songs as he (re)discovered his talent and passion for singing and making music. First, this newfound passion was just a hobby, but it quickly turned into a new way of life, where a career in music became the main focus. Lately, Nato has been making big steps towards this goal, working together with various artists and producers and working countless hours in the studio perfecting his craft. Finally, this hard work seems to pay off with his first big release: “ConMigo”, a danceable banger with true “hit-potential”. In the coming months, we can expect new releases all with his signature Caribbean and tropical sound.
