Edward "Drawde" Ford is an American country rap artist from Sharpsburg, Georgia. He graduated college from Georgia Southern University in 2014. Drawde was an American Idol contestant in 2017. Luke Bryan voted him yes to go to Hollywood. Katy Perry said he was a brilliant lyricist and should move to Nashville full time to be a song writer. Drawde signed with DJ Cannon Banyon at Pursuit of Atticus Records in October 2019. He has collaborated with artists such as Colt Ford, The Lacs, and Charlie Farley. In February 2021 he signed with Average Joes Entertainment. Drawde's stage name was created by spelling his first name "Edward" backwards.
