Hailing from Northeast Washington D.C., The tenacious emcee/vocalist Cooley combines his life experiences and perception of the world. Cooley looks to deliver his message organic based on upon his Capitol City coming of age in order to create quality music that brings his bars to life. Coming up in 90s DC, Cooley was heavily influenced by the likes of Method Man, Mos Def, Black Thought and Biggie Smalls. Cooley tells stories with the intent to give perspective to listeners on different topics in order to provoke the listener to face their own lives head on by combining the classic elements of hip hop’s golden era with Today’s modern sound.
