"A great addition to choral life" - Fiona Maddocks, The Guardian Chamber Choir of London is in demand throughout the UK and across the globe as a vibrant and innovative ensemble, bringing together the finest consort singers and performing a broad repertoire. Committed to world- class performance, the choir works with some of the industry's leading musicians, festivals and artistic institutions. Recent collaborators include The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Diotima Quartet, Mark Padmore, Roger Vignoles and Sir Paul McCartney. The choir made their Aldeburgh Festival debut in a unique performance entitled 'Schubert 1828', alongside Fleur Barron. After a string of critically acclaimed single releases, Chamber Choir of London received further accolade in 2019 with the world premier of Rachel Fuller's 'Animal Requiem' with Alfie Boe, reaching No.1 in the UK and US classical album charts and described by The Daily Telegraph as "soaring and profoundly moving". Recent engagements saw a return of their 'Do Not Go Gentle' Remembrance Concerts in Dorchester Abbey and The Netherlands, performances in Malta and Berlin, two sell-out concerts at London's Royal Festival Hall in the European premier of Nier:12018 with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and live broadcasts for BBC Radio 3's 'In Tune' The release of Sir James MacMillan's 'Kyrie - taken from his 'Missa Brevis' was selected by Apple Music to be included among their essential recordings from the 'Sacred Sounds' collection.
