Derived from a WIDE range of influences, MaterialXyz is the music project of artist/designer Jordan Dominique, and has a sound that spands many genres. From ambient lo-fi, future garage and hip hop, to dark house and jungle. More so than focus on the confines of staying in the box of one genre, Jordan focuses on curating an atmosphere with motifs aimed at evoking an emotion from the listener. Each project becomes an experience when combined with the paired visuals that accompany the selected singles. Jordan Dominique has had several other names that he has produced under in the past and worked with several other artists on collaborative projects.
