Nasheer Garth Walters, a/k/a eNGee dadon, was born on the first of August, in the rural seaside town of Annotto Bay in the Parish of St. Mary in Jamaica. At age fourteen, eNGee was discovered by Isaiah Leng who is the promoter of one of the largest concerts on Earth.
