Beetlebat was once a rapper signed to infamous meme label Flex Entertainment before his transition to video essay content on YouTube. He released his debut single “Physics” on December 22, 2019. It is a science parody of Maroon 5’s “Memories.” The success of the song inspired him to make more music. “On The Regular” would be released in June 2020. His long-awaited EP “Beginnings” was released on October 23, 2020. He experimented with electronic-house music with "Sun Goes Down" alongside Ben Riggle on March 27, 2021. His debut mixtape is planned for release in 2022. The second single for the tape "Innocent" was released on April 8, 2022. The third single “This Year” was released on July 26, 2022 for Holistic Therapy Day. He finally released his debut mixtape “Be Dumb Bro” on September 30, 2022.
