Subjacent is a San Francisco-based queer female duo. Exploring the duality in nature and in people, Subjacent produces techno, melodic techno tracks mixing soft melodies and powerful techno drums. 
 Their first track “Orange Sky” was released on Family Piknik and has received support from renowned Techno DJs & Music Producers like Tom Pooks, Emanate, and the legendary John Digweed (on Transitions #877). 
 Rose and Amandine are multicultural, they live in the Bay Area and are both DJs and music producers - currently working on their next EPs.
