Rami Ali is an Iraqi born, London raised producer and DJ. He has been crafting his own unique style of rolling bassline house, seamlessly meshed with unique vocal hooks, for the last 14 years. Marking his breakthrough year in 2022, he has garnered support from mainstays like Jaguar, who has featured him on a number of occasions on her BBC Introducing dance show. The Baghdad born selector hasn’t been without his prominent moments. His track “50 pence Genc” became a high value, viral import after being played during one of the most notable Boiler Room sessions of last year, hitting over 1 million streams since it’s airing in June 2022. Since 2022, Rami has played a slew of eminent shows. He made his debut in the main room of Ministry of Sound and then went on to gain the prestige of being able to lay down monthly mixes for Rinse FM, with his latest show airing at the beginning of this year. 2023 is lining up to be a momentous year for Rami Ali, having recently signed to the highly coveted Black Butter Records family.
