Spare Time Heroes is a 90’s style Hip Hop group from the Sacramento area of California. Spare Time Heroes consists of G Blaze and B Fade, as the main writers and producers, with some additional vocals from Lady J and Miss NRG. The Heroes draw on their influences from the artists that they grew up listening to create a classic Hip Hop sound for today. G Blaze and B Fade both grew up in southern California, not too far away from each other, but did not meet until 2015 when they worked together at a grocery store in Elk Grove, California, a suburb of Sacramento. After meeting, they soon realized they shared a love for classic, 90’s style Hip Hop. Since few are making this type of Hip Hop, G Blaze and B Fade decided to make some songs when they had some spare time, and so Spare Time Heroes was created. Spare Time Heroes has a catalog of over fifty songs on their website, two albums on all major platforms, and another album to be released at the end of the summer. The Heroes have been performing in the Sacramento area including an appearance at the California State Fair. Having fun and being happy is what Spare Time is about, so The Heroes try to express that through their music and content. Thank You.
