Born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, Yung Cleve emerged in the music scene with his melodic trap rapping style. Growing up with a story to tell and no way to tell it, helped carve the raw truth you find all throughout his music. Music became the thing that crossed all language barriers for Cleve. From trying college, to turning to the streets, to ultimately creating a name for himself as a brand and an artist; Yung Cleve’s story became so important to tell. Holding himself to a moral standard of realness and truth is why so many people connect with him, not only on a musical level but on a personal level as well. Yung Cleve’s debut was in 2017 with the release of a single called “Show Love'', from then on his music only evolved. The fan favorite is a song called “Let me Love U’ which was released in February of 2020. This song showed a more vulnerable side to Cleve and told a story of how past traumas still come back to haunt you no matter how far, you think, you’ve gotten from your past. As an independent act, Yung Cleve, has been on a steady climb and is continuing to grow his fan base, music catalog, and overall brand.
