annu is a sonic and immersive artist who pushes the boundaries of expression through experimental technology, blending music, visuals, and storytelling. Fascinated by the expanse of space, time, and the cosmos—both around us and within us—annu creates transformative audio-visual experiences that connect audiences to themselves, one another, and nature. Using music gloves and synthesizers to control sound and visuals simultaneously, she crafts her signature #FutureDreamPop sound, transporting listeners to otherworldly realms. Her work explores how technology can amplify human creativity and emotion, merging the digital and the deeply personal into a singular, transcendent experience. In addition to her immersive art installations and live performances, annu released her debut EP, LOVE, on June 17, 2024, followed by her full-length album, EXPERIENCE, on December 21, 2024. annu is the creative moniker of MaryLiz Bender: drummer, singer, and co-producer of the dream-pop trio Twin Limb.
