💛 Based in Madrid, Dorset born-and-raised, Fri3ndship is a prolific writer with a jazz and blues voice and trademark melisma that blends perfectly into almost every genre, although her frequent home is sat firmly in the bass music arena where she is starting to make her name. After recent performances across Europe, including sharing the stage with some DnB industry heavyweights, and a July Monegros festival set with GDS, Fri3ndship is dancing through 2024 in preparation for some standout releases on some of liquid Drum and Bass’ finest labels later in the year and into early 2025. When she was six, with her Casio keyboard, Jem doll and Fisher Price tape player, Fri3ndship started to create piano dance and pop in her bedroom, and hasn’t stopped writing since, even though her creations were a secret until she was twenty... With a quirky, soulful voice (think Kučka, Beth Gibbons and Stevie Nicks met at a cocktail bar and took Aluna and Kelis to the afterparty, - but woke up on the comedown with Tasha Baxter), Fri3ndship is out in full flight! In September 2020 a move to Madrid changed her life, and after a song struck her like lightening as she left the Madrid metro, it’s been a nonstop roller coaster since then!
