Los Angeles based producer and singer songwriter Marty Khan (27). Has spent the last 4 years of his career zeroing in on his sound and Aesthetic. Khan quickly started to make a name for himself by working closely along side Axl Folie a Grammy award winning producer best known for “MADD CITY” & “Kings Dead”. Marty ended up co-producing a track for the late great Nipsey Hustle “stucc in the grind”. Rather if he’s being featured on Spotify playlists Fresh Finds, and blogs such as Pigeons and planes or Chantel Jeffries reposting his 2016 underground Hit “Why Do We” after a few years of being what people would consider industry adjacent. Khan has decided to embark fully on his solo music career. The music is a fusion dance between hip hop, alternative rock and r&b. The lyrics are best described as thoughts of existentialism soaked in nostalgic Psychedelia. Khan’s unique approach to music leaves his influences in plain sight. From a meticulous attention to detail when it comes to production and lyrical content the fact the Kanye is a huge influence on him is no surprise. That paired with being melodically inspired by bands like The Smiths, Toro Y Moi, Frank Ocean and Partynextdoor. These 2 worlds collide every time Khan gets behind the mic.
